Let me share a quick story: I hosted a workshop recently where 10 people enjoyed the experience and where one participant wrote:

"I enjoy wine, but I know nearly nothing about it. Exploring each sense allowed me to go on a journey on my own accord and it was amazing to have someone explain and connect with our group as to how to approach wine at the beginning, without feeling overwhelmed by the culture of it. By the end of the session, I was encouraged by what I noticed in each wine, and felt confident about my preferences and my tastes. Wine is so interesting and I want to learn more about it".
